Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA opportunity) is a public University located in Morogoro Tanzania. The university is located on the slopes of the Uluguru mountains. SUA is best known for offering courses and programmes for Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Forestry, Animal Science, Wildlife Management, Tourism Management, Environmental Science, Food Science, Natural Resources, Nutrition, Rural Development, since its establishment. Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA opportunity) collaborates with the Ministry of Agriculture in the implementation of a program to involve young people in agriculture, Building a Better tomorrow BBT. BBT is implemented through various strategies and projects in the crop value chain and some of its goals are to accerelates employment for 20,000 youth and women on the activities of develop skills (internship), start 12,000 economic activities at the rural level including agriculture of large farms (Block farms) by 2030. As part of the strategy to strengthen extension services in this country, the Ministry of Agriculture has planned also implement a special program of extension services through young graduates (BBT Agricultural Extension Entrepreneurship Scheme- BBT AEES).
