King Casino, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for customers will be responsible for the following
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Casino
- Provide basic company information
- Live visitors
- Proficiency in the use of computers
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Ensure the reception area is clean and visible,
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, organize, and distribute daily mail/presentations - Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring log book, issuing guest badges)
- Any other duties as directed by your supervisor/Manager
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Certificate / Diploma / degree; additional certificate in Office Management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be creative and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is a plus
- Women are not older than 26 years
WORKING HOURS
8 hours Day or Night shift including Saturday and Sunday
