King Casino, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for customers will be responsible for the following

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Casino

  1. Provide basic company information
  2. Live visitors
  3. Proficiency in the use of computers
  4. Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  5. Ensure the reception area is clean and visible,
  6. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
    Receive, organize, and distribute daily mail/presentations
  7. Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring log book, issuing guest badges)
  8. Any other duties as directed by your supervisor/Manager

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Certificate / Diploma / degree; additional certificate in Office Management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to be creative and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is a plus
  • Women are not older than 26 years

WORKING HOURS
8 hours Day or Night shift including Saturday and Sunday
