Job Position: CSR and Community Project Manager
Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Summary of Responsibilities:
The company requires a passionate and experienced CSR and Community Project Manager to develop, implement, and manage impactful social projects aligned with sustainable goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing CSR strategies focused on education, health services, livelihood and conservation.
- Coordinate cooperation with non-governmental organizations, local communities and stakeholders. iii. Monitor the progress of the project and ensure consistency with sustainable goals. iv. Manage budgets, fundraising, and impact reporting.
Facilitating the participation of employees in voluntary and CSR activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in social science, Project Management, or related field. ii. Proven experience in CSR, project management, and community development. iii. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. iv. Passion for sustainable tourism and community empowerment. v. Knowing English well; Knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.
