PURPOSE OF JOB
- Identify and onboard new customers within assigned territory.
- Ensure proper customer login and registration.
- Handling Customer Complaints
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with branch sales team to ensure seamless customer support.
- Advance Order Management
Coordinate with branch sales team (ASS and SRs) to process advance orders. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Implementation of Marketing Campaigns
Implement marketing and activation campaigns such as loyalty programs and promotions. - Track and report on campaign effectiveness.
