Senior Specialist; Data Management (1 Position)

Job Purpose:
The individual will be responsible for managing the delivery of end-to-end data management initiatives and improving the bank’s data management maturity level to a satisfactory level. The individual will also be responsible for improving data analytics maturity, creating data channels that facilitate in-depth analysis and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Upgrade the data management process within the bank to the desired level of maturity, using the DAMA system.
- Lead data management initiatives and improve data management practices, to ensure compliance with data regulations, policies and standards.
- Develop metadata solutions in accordance with the metadata management system and methodology.
- Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data accuracy, integrity and security.
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality and data maturity through the implementation of innovative methods.
