Job Description:

As a Civil Engineer at LCH BUILDERS, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our civil engineering projects. Your duties will include:

1. Develop detailed civil engineering designs and plans that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
2. Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
3. Provide on-site guidance and support to construction teams, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of work.
4. Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain project time and budget.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
   QUALIFICATION

• Tanzanian citizenship
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering design, planning, and management of building and road projects
• Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Proven project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Passion for construction and desire to contribute to the growth of LCH BUILDERS

Recommended Features:

Experience working in civil construction projects in Tanzania e.g. roads, bridges etc
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Proficiency in the use of relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Project Management tools)
Ease of working anywhere in Tanzania
