POSITION Director of Finance and Administration
Save the Children is looking for a Director of Finance and Administration (Director) for a five-year Social and Behavioral Change (SBC) program funded by USAID in Tanzania. This activity aims to improve health outcomes by changing social and cultural norms and promoting the adoption of healthy behaviors among Tanzanians. The SBC activity is expected to provide technical assistance to the Government to improve the policy and implementation framework regarding SBC activities.
The Director will lead project finance and administration with close oversight of budgets, financial forecasting and analysis, office management and/or project operations including procurement, logistics, security and human resources. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading the finances and operations of USAID or other donor-funded international projects.
This Key Staff position is subject to USAID approval. It also depends on the project award and the funding of Save the Children. National candidates are encouraged to apply. This position will be held in Dar es Salaam.
