Job Description
Context and Environment
A difficult environment where the expectations of employees are difficult to meet due to frequent changes in the economic environment.
The position involves working with external departments (e.g. immigration for expatriate staff).
Always hard deadlines to meet.
Responsibilities and duties
- Support daily work activities and HR duties.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Updating and updating personnel records (hard and soft copy)
- Process documents and prepare reports related to personnel activities (service, recruitment, training, complaints, performance evaluation etc.)
- Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and taking minutes.
- Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, laws and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by preparing required inputs.
- Provide confidential emergency assistance to employees
- Assist in the preparation of disciplinary hearings and complaints
- Administration, coordination and recruitment support
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Coordinate and manage training and development programs and liaise with external training organizations as required.
- Manage graduate training program, internship.
- Coordinate with service providers and external organizations such as TRA, WCF, PSSSF, NSSF, IMMIGRATION and so on as required.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including related to medical supplies, office supplies, etc.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Computer skills (MS Office, preferably)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Good analytical skills.
