Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited is part of the Wananchi Group and one of the leading Internet service providers in East Africa. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Zuku Fiber TZ & DTH of Arusha), who will work independently to provide professional customer service with internal and external focus. He will be reporting to the B28 & B2C Customer Experience Team leader.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for;
- Handles incoming and outgoing customer interactions. A customer-centric approach is
necessary to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. - Educating customers on competitive pricing and product information; compare with
Compare our products against the competition. - Responsible for skillfully retaining customers through building good relationships
- Identify the reasons for disconnection and overcome objections in customer retention efforts
- Save and resell the value of our products and services by properly organizing them
features, benefits and prices and the needs of our customers - Provide exceptional customer service in all types of calls including boarding, technical
support and bills.
Qualification
More than 1 year experience in Retention/Churn team in Telco/ICT company
A customer-centric approach and passion for the customer
Good verbal communication skills, including grammar and intonation
