Position: Head Chief

The role of the Head Chef is to organize kitchen operations. You will be the first to order in equipment and will design and inspect containers before they arrive to customers to ensure high quality and satisfaction.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Head Chef (Minimum 5 years experience in similar role) Exceptional proven kitchen management skills
- Ability to divide tasks and monitor progress
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Updated with culinary trends and improved kitchen processes
- Good understanding of key computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS- as required)
Qualifications in health and safety training (HACCP)
Bachelor’s degree in culinary science or related certification
