Job Title: Driver/Private City Tour Guide

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Dar Es Salaam

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a personal driver/city guide, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Drive customers professionally and safely in a clean, well-maintained company that provides a vehicle according to company policies, practices and procedures.
Greet customers and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner
Always ensure customer safety and provide the highest level of customer service
Be open to accepting constructive feedback without taking it personally and continue to embrace learning opportunities
Be very careful to reach the customer’s location on time
Adhere to traffic laws, putting customer safety above all else
Perhaps tasked with helping passengers get in and out of the car and helping them with any luggage
Carefully lift, load/unload, and carry luggage (up to 25 kg) and other passenger items.

Minimum Requirements

The job will also require the ability to sit for long periods of time while driving
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions etc.
Have a positive attitude and calm nature in a fast pProficiency in writing and speaking the English language is a MUST
At least 2 years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record
You MUST have a current C1, C2, C3 Tanzania driving license
The ability to drive a hand/stick shifter is an added advantage
Familiarity with electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets
Strong integrity and reliable attendance systems are a must
Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of driving routes and good direction of all important places, especially Dar Es Salaam
Open to frequent walking and aced high pressure environment
May complete routine reports and communications such as trip sheets or inspection forms
A team player with a strong work ethic Salaam, Tanzania,
