Job Summary:
The Agricultural Extension Officer will play an important role in promoting the use of compost among local farmers and developing relationships with agricultural traders to enhance the distribution and sale of compost products. This position involves training farmers on the benefits and uses of compost, developing sales strategies, and building partnerships to support sustainable farming practices. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-driven, and hard-working, thrives in a dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
