Main purpose:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for working to achieve growth in sales volume; market share growth and increased competitiveness through the provision of differentiated market-driven services that create sustainable competition within clearly defined segments.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned territories
  • Manage and supervise the Suppliers of the assigned sector (orders, payments, redistribution
  • Ensure IB products are available in appropriate stock (full range) for customers and retail stores
  • Ensure merchandising (brand visibility based on POS and Chillers) to customers and retail outlets.
  • Ensure coolers are properly installed in the display area and are used only for IBPLC products in the assigned sector.
  • Track the recommended price of our products on sale stores
  • Closely monitor the actions of the competition.
  • Supplier volume targets are monitored and communicated daily
  • Ensure that suppliers follow stock models of all products and packages
  • Ensure ALL sales KPIs are met in the area (Price, availability visibility etc.)
  • Retail customers in the area are called every week
  • Sales teams are always visible and action is taken against non-satisfiers
  • After sales service provided
  • Communication channels are established to establish good relationship with customers
  • Timely feedback to customers and management on issues of concern
  • Quick response to customer inquiries
  • It is always delivered
  • It has all the important business documents at all times

Biography:

Minimum Diploma or B.Sc. in Marketing or any related profession
Minimum of (2) years of sales experience in the FMCG Industry
Theoretical and practical knowledge of Marketing in FMCG
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office programs
