Salary: Salaries will be commensurate with local salary grades and dependent on experience: approximately £33,750 – £46,000 gross per annum (UK); approximately BZD 35,250 – 55,000 total per year (Belize); approximately IDR 169,815,000 – 330,000,000 total per year (Indonesia); approximately USD 9,920 – 17,000 total per year (Timor-Leste); approximately Ksh 1,699,038 – 3,300,000 total per year (Kenya), approximately XOF 7,107,000 – 13,000,000 total per year (Senegal); approximately TZS 24,555,000 – 48,000,000 total per year (Tanzania); approximately MGA 21,420,000 – 40,000,000 net per year (actual p.a. applies only to Madagascar).

We are rebuilding tropical fisheries and coastal communities
Blue Ventures is a marine conservation organization that puts people first. We support coastal fishermen in remote and rural communities to rebuild fisheries, restore marine life and build sustainable pathways to prosperity. Our work began two decades ago in the remote coastal communities of Madagascar and is growing worldwide.
In several countries, we work with traditional fishers and community organizations to design, test, strengthen and develop fisheries management and conservation at the community level. We bring partners together in networks to advocate for reform, and share tools and best practices to support fishing communities around the world.
Job summary information
This is a full-time role, reporting to the global General Manager – Program Monitoring and Evaluation as part of the Program Management (PM) team. The team supports and monitors program delivery across Blue Ventures’ (BV) countries and operating regions, helping to ensure alignment with our global strategy. The team sits cross-functionally across the organization, tracking, identifying, and helping to address challenges, learnings and successes in our support of partners and their work and communities, and integrating in expert advice from other teams across the organization. .
This is a key role in helping our Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) colleagues and teams, partners, and communities use monitoring and evaluation tools that support adaptive learning and management. Frequent international and national travel is required to provide in-country support and learning.
