Job Summary
Introduce a method for monitoring memory and the health and status of devices.
Train technicians to work safely and keep machines in good condition to meet demand.
Responsible for all spare parts planning and maintaining MTBF & MTTR budget for the part
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure operation and maintenance related to mechanical equipment such as vertical mills and reciprocators.
- Lead a team of technicians for maintenance management and timely completion of maintenance activities.
- To ensure that quality standards are followed during maintenance work.
- Plan and implement a maintenance schedule to prevent and break down mechanical equipment to improve the overall reliability and safety of the machine.
- Investigate failures and take corrective action to minimize equipment downtime and maximize plant operation.
- Prepare and maintain a checklist.
- Prepare and maintain inventory of spare parts for smooth operation of plant.
- Responsible for ensuring that the plant equipment is in a safe operating condition by performing routine maintenance and schedules required for maintenance.
- Participating in the improvement and modification of the existing system for better operation of cement production.
- Perform any other related work as assigned by the Senior Engineer, Section Head or Department Head
