The selection process is conducted over a three-phase format, For students selected in this process, they will join a network of impactful and inspiring secondary school alumni

The Tanzania Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (TAMISEMI) has released the results of the Form Five selection 2023/2024 of students in the Rukwa Region. TAMISEMI successfully conducted the selection exercise to make sure the list of students who applied to Form Five Colleges will the best students.

The selection exercise was followed by two stages which included face to face interviews and the point system. The faces to face interviews were conducted by the Principal of each chosen school and the students were required to answer questions related to their educational background. This gave the school an idea of the students’ communication skills and personal interview skills.

The point system was used to select the best students in line with the region’s set criteria. The point system used included the following criteria; applicant’s academics performance in Secondary school, the number of years of Secondary School the candidate had attended, the applicant’s extracurricular activities and personal interests, and the applicant’s dedication and commitment to their education.

This selection exercise was conducted to give the candidates in the Rukwa region an opportunity to get access to quality education and rise to their full academic potential. The selected candidates are now admitted to different public and private Form Five Colleges in the region.

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (TAMISEMI) wishes to congratulate the selected candidates and encourage them to take full responsibility of their education. Everyone is urged to remember that education is the best tool for success. TAMISEMI also urges the candidates to work hard in their studies and to strive for academic excellence.
