Below you will find the full details of our joining instructions and prospectus for 2023/2024 intake.
Steps to Join West Coast TVET College

- Step 1: Acceptance. We will contact you via email if your application is successful and we will confirm your place to study at West Coast TVET College.

- Step 2: Register on our online portal. We will email you with basic details of our online portal – MyWC – and direct you to register. This will allow you to login and start your journey with us!

- Step 3: Complete the registration. After you have logged into MyWC, you will be asked to complete registration on our online portal. This will include personal details, course information and tuition payment.

- Step 4: Collect your student card. Once you have completed steps 1 to 3, you will be asked to visit our campus and collect your student card. This is required in order to access our facilities and library.

- Step 5: Welcome & Orientation. Before the start of your course, we will invite you to the campus for the official Welcome & Orientation event. This is an important part of the student journey and we will cover the expectations of the college and the different services available to you as a student.
